US$ dips

The US$ closed lower for the day as the BoE raised rates and this triggered a few trend line breakout moves, however, they were choppy and probably best caught as range breakout trades. The S&P500, DJIA and NASDAQ all closed lower but the Russell-2000 closed higher and this divergence is worth keeping in mind. It is a relatively quiet end to the week, with just the BoJ update today, and next week may be similar in the lead up to Christmas.
