• All subscription charges are non-refundable.

• The Subscriber is entitled to use his/her own subscription until the end of the billing month following any request for cancellation.

• Login information is for the exclusive use of the Subscriber and is not to be shared with any other person or organization.

• Subscription guarantees access to a minimum of 40 detailed weekly reports. During holiday periods weekly reports may be brief and published with lower frequency.

• Subscribers agree that all commentary and statements of opinion are general in nature and have not taken into account a Subscribers personal objectives, financial situation or individual circumstances.

• Subscribers agree that they take full responsibility for all of their own trading and investment decisions.If you require investment advice, this must be obtained by you independently of us.

• The information provided by Trade Charting is made available to you in good faith and we arenot liable or responsible for any errors or omissions in the analysis.

• Subscribers acknowledging that Foreign Exchange and all types of trading is speculative, involves risk, and is not suitable for all people. You are expected to consider and rely on your own trading knowledge, trading competency, and your risk appetite when carrying our any trading or investing activity.

Subscribers should not embark on Foreign Exchange trading using a ‘live’ account until you have developed and tested your own trading plan and you are comfortable with what you are doing and using only such Risk Capital as you can afford to lose.
